Title Operations Manager – Title Insurance

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Title Operations Manager to join our title insurance agency in Marlton, New Jersey.
We are looking for a knowledgeable title professional who understands the entire title and settlement process and can serve as a senior resource for our processing team and clients.
This is a hands-on title position working directly with the owner and our processing team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily title and settlement operations
- Order and review title searches and examinations
- Prepare and review title commitments/binders
- Identify and assist in resolving title issues
- Perform title examination when needed and qualified
- Provide guidance and support to title processors on difficult files
- Handle complex transactions, including attorney and commercial files when necessary
- Communicate with attorneys, lenders, Realtors, buyers, sellers, and other clients
- Work directly with underwriters to resolve title issues and obtain approvals when necessary
- Discuss complex or unusual matters with the owner and assist in determining the appropriate course of action
- Help ensure files are properly prepared for closing
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Title Insurance Producer License required
- Strong title insurance and settlement experience
- Solid understanding of the complete title process
- Experience reviewing title searches and commitments
- Title examination experience strongly preferred
- Experience handling complex title issues
- Commercial transaction experience preferred
- Experience working directly with title insurance underwriters
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Qualia experience is a plus
Compensation
$70,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
