Known for our curated Mediterranean cuisine, elevated cocktail program, energetic atmosphere, and premium hookah experience, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to join our growing team.
We are looking for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Oversee daily front of house operations
Lead and motivate servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Assist with scheduling, staffing, and team development
Monitor service flow and restaurant efficiency during busy shifts
Support training and onboarding of new employees
Work closely with ownership and kitchen management to maintain smooth operations

Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-end or high-volume restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Experience managing staff performance and maintaining accountability

Nights and weekends are required
Must be reliable, professional, and hands-on
