As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in bringing these values to life by helping attract and onboard people who strengthen our culture and elevate our organization.
You’ll be a key driver of the candidate and new-hire experience, ensuring every step of the recruitment and onboarding process runs smoothly and professionally.
- Manage talent acquisition phone, email and voicemail inquiries.

Serve as a backup resource for recruitment activities, including candidate prescreening and interview scheduling.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards to open, review, manage, and close requisitions.

Source candidates and conduct initial prescreening interviews.

Help maintain a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience from first contact through hire.
- Assist with onboarding administration and required hiring documentation.

Coordinate orientation attendance and onboarding logistics.

Facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO), including paperwork completion, benefits enrollment, equipment distribution, access setup, and company introductions.

Maintain ongoing communication with new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Finalize and maintain job descriptions for new and existing positions.

Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records.

Support Talent Acquisition and HR leadership with administrative projects and special initiatives.
In your first year, you'll:

Keep recruitment processes organized and moving forward.

Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal teams.

Become a trusted resource within Human Resources.

Help Alpha attract and retain A-Players who strengthen our culture and drive our growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative operations.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

Employment at Alpha Inc. is contingent upon:

Completion of standard pre-employment screening.

Successful completion of a background check conducted after a conditional offer; any prior issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis consistent with Hawai'i and federal law.
