As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will serve as a welcoming presence throughout the resort, engaging with guests, coordinating activities, and ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate and support resort activities, events, and guest experiences.
- Promote resort amenities, dining outlets, and local attractions.
- Assist with VIP arrivals, special occasions, and guest recognition efforts.
- Process guest transactions accurately when required.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with all departments to deliver seamless service and uphold Marriott brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, guest service, event coordination, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to engage confidently with guests and create memorable experiences.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Marriott experience is a plus.
