Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate federal and state individual tax returns.
- Review client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Educate clients on available tax credits and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with all IRS due diligence requirements.
- Communicate professionally with clients throughout the tax preparation process.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Build and grow your own client base through networking and referrals.
- Meet productivity and customer service goals.
- Stay informed on current tax laws and IRS updates.
Qualifications
- Previous tax preparation experience preferred but not required (training available for qualified candidates).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional attitude and positive work ethic.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn tax software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines during tax season.

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based position, meaning your income is based on the number of tax returns you prepare and the clients you serve. There is no cap on earnings—the more you produce, the more you earn.
