Position Overview
In this role, you will plan and implement programs that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development. You’ll help create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead structured youth programs and activities
- Ensure a safe and welcoming Club environment
- Build positive relationships with members and families
- Provide guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback
- Assist with tracking attendance and program data
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and team collaboration
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be reliable, flexible, and a team player
- Ability to pass required background and drug screenings
- Valid NM driver’s license preferred
