Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Corporate Finance to join our forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of comprehensive financial models, drive strategic planning initiatives, and provide critical insights to support executive decision-making. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial reporting, robust forecasting, and insightful variance analysis, all while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards such as IFRS and GAAP. What You'll Do
- Own monthly close, runway forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial reforecasting
- Build financial models from scratch, including operating models, unit economics, margin analysis, and production cost models
- Develop and maintain models that identify the true cost of serving individual customers
- Manage AP/AR and oversee our outsourced bookkeeping partner
- Prepare financial reporting, board packages, investor updates, and fundraising materials
- Partner directly with the CEO on financial planning and business decisions
- Help improve financial processes, reporting, and controls as the company grows
- Expand into areas such as supply forecasting, compensation modeling, and cap table management
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, controllership, or a related finance role
- Professional experience building financial models from scratch
- Experience managing or directly supporting month-end close
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Strong understanding of forecasting, unit economics, margins, and financial analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Comfortable working independently without a large finance team
- Willingness to be hands-on with both strategic finance and day-to-day financial operations

- Familiarity with AI tools and using automation to improve finance workflows

The company is open to qualified candidates who require visa transfers or sponsorship, including OPT, H-1B transfers, new H-1B sponsorship, and TN sponsorship.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
