Responsibilities

- Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Maintain organized filing systems, including electronic and paper records, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or management
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
- Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and supporting customer service efforts
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and general administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required
- Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is beneficial for understanding specialized workflows
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
