Project Manager – Residential Remodeling (Bay Area)

D&D Home Remodeling Contractors is a fast-growing residential design-build company specializing in high-end kitchen, bathroom, ADU, and full home renovations across the Bay Area. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure clear communication between clients, trades, designers, and inspectors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations from demolition to final walkthrough
- Coordinate subcontractors, foreman, labor crews and daily jobsite execution
- Communicate with designers, inspectors, engineers, and clients professionally
- Evaluate and hire additional subcontractors when needed (not staffing, only by project demand)
- Maintain project schedule, track progress, prevent any downtime
- Provide daily jobsite updates via WhatsApp/Dropbox and communicate with office
- Enforce high standards of quality and ensure work meets California building code
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing residential remodeling projects in California
- Strong knowledge of construction phases, finishes, permitting, inspections
- Experience managing subcontractors and ability to source/hire when needed
- Excellent communication and coordination skills — client-facing role
- Reliable transportation to visit multiple Bay Area jobsites daily
- English required — Spanish is a plus
