Assisting residents with activities of daily living
Supporting resident comfort, dignity, and independence
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
Maintaining accurate documentation
Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
Active, unencumbered New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High School Diploma or GED required
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
