POSITION SUMMARY
The Elite Facilities & Buildout Technician is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and building out high-end spaces for Dialed Labs and Dialed Moods. From corporate offices and showrooms to fulfillment centers, this position ensures every environment reflects the premium standards of the brands. This role requires technical skills, craftsmanship, hands-on electrician experience, and the ability to execute projects with precision and speed.
This is not a standard handyman role — this is an opportunity to help create best-in-class wellness spaces that represent innovation and quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble and install premium furniture, gym hardware, wellness tech, and medical-grade equipment.
- Install pallet racking systems, shelving, signage, and displays in warehouses and showrooms.
- Perform light construction tasks: framing, drywall repair, and wall-mounted installations (TVs, mirrors, lighting, etc.).
- Handle light plumbing tasks (fixtures, water filtration, drains, etc.) and clean electrical tasks (fixtures, outlets, and wiring for displays). Must be able to safely perform electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting as part of facility buildouts and maintenance.
- Manage punch-list items for new and existing facilities.
- Maintain the physical integrity, organization, and aesthetics of multiple properties, ensuring alignment with Dialed Labs and Dialed Moods brand standards.
- Collaborate with executives, creative teams, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, construction, general contracting, or handyman services, with required hands-on residential and/or commercial electrician experience.
- Electrician experience is required. Candidates must have demonstrated experience performing electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and related electrical work.
- Own a full set of tools and demonstrate proficiency in their safe use.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and handle power tools confidently.
- Organized, self-starter, capable of managing projects with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Travel required across company properties (mileage reimbursement provided).
COMPENSATION
Hourly Pay Range: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
