Our Managers on Duty are the heartbeat of our guest experience, guiding the team with clarity, warmth, and a can-do attitude that turns ordinary nights into unforgettable ones.
What You’ll Do
Lead with Purpose
- Collaborate with our Leadership Team to shape daily operations
- Set the tone for FOH excellence, accountability, and team morale
- Keep the space sparkling and the energy flowing
- Manage scheduling and labor goals with precision and care
- Guide the team through guest interactions, special requests, and high-volume shifts
Execute with Flair
- Own the floor - from Toast POS to table turns, you’re fluent in every role
- Monitor supplies, cash handling, and tech troubleshooting like a pro
- Tackle guest communications with calm confidence

The Details
- Part-time hourly role (approx. 20-25 hrs/week)
- Required Friday & Saturday nights - open ~3pm to close ~Midnight
- Limited weekly virtual & in person meetings
