Job Summary
Secrets Cocktail Garden is seeking an experienced, dependable, and energetic Bar Lead to oversee daily bar operations while working alongside the team behind the bar. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who loves bartending, enjoys creating exceptional cocktails, and takes pride in providing outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities
- Work behind the bar during every shift while delivering exceptional guest service.
- Prepare high-quality cocktails with consistency and attention to detail.
- Create seasonal and signature drink specials.
- Inspire creativity and innovation behind the bar.
- Lead bartenders by example and maintain a positive, professional work environment.
- Manage weekly liquor, beer, wine, and mixer inventory.
- Monitor product usage and identify shortages, waste, or theft.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory controls.
- Ensure all bartenders follow recipes and pour standards.
- Train and mentor new bartenders.
- Verify all opening and closing procedures are completed.
- Ensure the bar remains clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready throughout each shift.
- Maintain compliance with ABC laws and company policies.
- Work closely with management to improve bar operations and guest satisfaction.
- Complete administrative tasks, reports, and documentation as assigned.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- A genuine passion for bartending, mixology, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Experience managing inventory.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
