We are seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for Full Time and PRN opportunities in our Omaha, Nebraska outpatient clinic. The Full Time position includes the opportunity to serve as Director of Rehabilitation for the right therapist.

- Provide physical therapy services based on licensure and scope of practice
- Evaluate and treat patients to restore function and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain excellence in documentation and clinical outcomes

Qualifications
- Physical Therapy degree or graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Nebraska PT or PTA license or eligibility
- Leadership experience preferred or a desire to grow into a DOR role
- Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
