Looking for a self motivated field installer that can Lead a 2-3 man team and willing to put in the work effort to complete a quality job. Quality and timeliness of work is paramount.
Responsibilities:
Be The Lead Installer in a 2-3 man team to install metal canopy systems, sunshade systems, and standing seam awnings to specified plans.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the construction industry as a quality tradesman is a MUST
- Willing to travel/overnights. In-state and to neighboring states
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scissor lifts, fork lifts, boom lifts
- Able to handle physical workload (lifting 75+ pounds)
- Able to work well in teams and give clear instruction to crew members
- Must have valid drivers license and able to become insured
- Comfortable driving with a loaded 24 ft trailer
- Comfortable working from heights greater than 6 ft
- Able to read and interpret Architectural/Shop Drawings
- Clear Communication skills to work and facilitate logistics with site superintendents
- Familiar with OSHA safety standards
- Ability to clearly Diagnose situations and report findings to company superintendent/project manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
