Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling and distribution of goods. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates must be agile, great at problem solving, and must be able to carry 50+ pounds.
Duties
- Perform picking and packing of orders accurately, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring that all materials are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by following established procedures for inventory management.
- Assist in the management of stock levels, including conducting regular inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in warehouse management is preferred.
- Proficiency in picking, packing, and order picking processes.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation.
- Experience with materials handling techniques and best practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Must entail strong communication skills
Candidates MUST have previous experience in The party rental industry.
