We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Manager to become a key member of our growing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and helping a growing company operate efficiently.
Position Overview
The Administrative & Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company while supporting inventory management, accounting, human resources, purchasing, and general office operations. This individual will work closely with company leadership and play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day office and administrative operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory control processes
- Coordinate purchasing, vendor relationships, and office supplies
- Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking, and invoice management
- Work with the company's CPA and outside accounting professionals
- Support Human Resources functions including onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and recruiting coordination
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics
- Maintain company documentation, contracts, and operational records
- Assist management with reporting, scheduling, and special projects
- Develop and improve administrative processes and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and organizational standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative or operations management experience
- Experience with inventory management and purchasing
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Human Resources experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an electronics, manufacturing, engineering, or technology company
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Operations, or a related field (preferred but not required)

Pay: $40.23 - $96,899.84 per hour
