Location Matters
This is a route-based position serving clients from Flagler County. To keep our team efficient and on schedule, we’re only considering applicants who live within 15 miles of this service area. If you live farther out, this role likely won’t be a good fit —longer commutes can add stress, increase vehicle wear and tear, and make the daily schedule difficult to manage.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc.).
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to meet quality expectations.
- Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks effectively.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Must be willing to take a comprehensive background check.
- Reliable smartphone that supports apps.
- Ability to stand, bend, scrub, and lift for up to 6-7 hours per day.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time between job locations.
- English proficiency required
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (Weekends Optional)
- Occasionally 0-2 nights per week
