Job Summary:
Arconic is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Estimator II to join the Kawneer team in Springdale, AR, supporting the U.S. Building & Construction Systems (BCS) division. Reporting to the Order Pursuit Supervisor, this impactful role is at the forefront of bringing innovative building projects to life by developing competitive pricing and estimates for storefronts, curtain walls, doors, and windows.

In this role, you will:
- Prepares cost estimations for projects and construction plans using customer supplied lists, customer elevations, and architectural plans.
Provides exceptional customer service for Kawneer’s clients.
Consults with internal teams, clients, sales reps, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
For example, quote follow-ups, order changes, product related issues, and customer claims.
Be a point-of-contact on phone inquiries with expectation of 100% response and customer assistance without frequently forwarding calls to other front-end employees.
