We are seeking a Director of Dental Operations to lead operations across our 4 dental practices, develop scalable systems, and help drive the next phase of growth.

Position Overview
The Director of Dental Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of all the dental practices and ensure each location operates efficiently, profitably, and consistently with our standards of care and culture.
The candidate will work closely with ownership and clinical leadership to drive operational excellence, improve financial performance, and support practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
· Oversee operations across multiple dental practice locations (4 dental practices)
· Develop and maintain current standardized systems and processes for all offices
· Ensure consistent patient experience and clinical support
· Monitor KPIs across the organization
Financial Performance
· Drive revenue growth and improve EBITDA margins
· Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency
· Analyze practice KPIs including:
o Production & collections
o Case acceptance
o Provider productivity
o Overhead control
Team Leadership
· Lead and develop office managers
· Build a high-accountability culture focused on performance and patient care
Growth & Strategy
· Help identify and integrate new practice acquisitions
· Improve operational scalability as the organization grows
Systems & Process Improvement
· Optimize scheduling systems and patient flow
· Improve billing, collections, and insurance processes
· Implement operational dashboards and reporting
Compliance & Quality
· Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
· Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical support
Qualifications
Required
· 5+ years senior operational leadership experience
· Experience managing multi-location dental practices
· Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L performance
· Experience leading large teams and developing leaders
· Proven track record improving operational performance
Preferred
· Experience in Dental Service Organizations (DSOs)
· MBA, MHA, or similar business training
· Experience scaling healthcare organizations

The ideal candidate is a systems-driven operator who can bring structure, accountability, and leadership to a growing dental organization. This role requires the candidate to be on-site, this is NOT a remote position. We need boots on the ground!
They should be comfortable managing multiple locations, analyzing financial performance, and developing strong office leadership teams.
Compensation & Benefits
· $100k - $175k salary
· Performance bonus based on organizational growth and profitability
