Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional service throughout their visit
- Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other vehicles in outdoor parking areas
- Park vehicles efficiently in designated parking zones, ensuring optimal space utilization
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request, maintaining a high level of accuracy and care
- Assist guests with loading or unloading items when necessary, demonstrating helpfulness and attentiveness
- Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or related services, utilizing retail math and cashiering skills
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address any concerns or questions
Skills
- Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and automotive service procedures to deliver top-tier customer experiences
- Experience operating standard passenger cars, including manual transmission vehicles, with safe driving practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling luggage or assisting with vehicle access needs
- Prior dealership or automotive service experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with vehicle operations and maintenance
- Proficiency in cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and managing retail math calculations
- Outdoor work experience preferred, comfortable working in various weather conditions while maintaining professionalism
