What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose & Repair: You’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, from routine maintenance to complex mechanical issues. Your skills will be put to the test, and we know you’ll rise to the challenge.
- Collaborate: Work side by side with other technicians and service advisors in a supportive, team-focused environment. We believe in helping each other out.
- Stay Sharp: You’ll have access to ongoing training, the latest tools, and a fully equipped Brand New Shop with everything you need including AC, so you can always stay ahead of the curve and keep your skills fresh. No more sweating in the heat or dealing with old and faulty equipment while you fix cars!
- Customer Interaction: While you’ll be working behind the scenes, you’ll still play a key role in communicating with customers through our service advisors. You’ll have the chance to explain repairs, offer advice, and be part of delivering top-notch customer service.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a European automotive technician (minimum 5 years preferred).
- ASE certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong diagnostic ability, knowledge of automotive systems, and a passion for problem-solving.
- Hunger to grow, learn, and reach your goals
- Positive energy and a winner's mindset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with European vehicles but willingness to work on all makes and models
- Commitment to quality work and a job well done, and you take pride in your craft.
