As a Ski & Ride School Operations Supervisor at Arapahoe Basin, you’ll bridge the gap between business goals and on-snow stoke. Working alongside the leadership team, you will champion a culture of authenticity and excellence, ensuring every day in the Ski & Ride School is a day worth repeating.
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Arapahoe Basin’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors , including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, and responsibilities. The range listed is just one component of Arapahoe Basin’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Hourly pay range: $22.75 - $30.75/hour
Daily supervision of 25+ pros which includes prepping the Kids Center, printing tickets, running line up, distributing classes, etc.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, squat, crawl, push, pull, throw, and stretch

This position will work outdoors in a high-alpine environment in all types of weather conditions. Most work is performed in a highly trafficked and loud area in view of guests. This role involved continuous guest interaction: face-to-face, over the phone, and by email. This position occasionally works in an indoor environment.
