Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily terminal operations
- Lead and support terminal employees
- Manage staffing and labor costs
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Monitor operational and financial performance
- Work closely with Account Managers and leadership teams
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of LTL operations leadership experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced operation
- Experience with Microsoft Office and LTL AS/400 preferred
