Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Sandwich Artists and Cashiers. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, creating delicious sandwiches and providing top-notch customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate POS systems like Aloha and Micros to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food prep areas, dining spaces, and the kitchen following food safety guidelines.
- Assist customers with their orders, upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Support food safety practices by proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Help with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy environment to ensure a welcoming space for guests.
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or working in quick service & fast food restaurants is highly valued.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus.
- Good time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
