ponsibilities:

ro
- vide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.

s- ist with applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry, job postings, candidate communications, referral tracking, and report generation.
Pr
e- pare TA-related reports, dashboards, and recruiting status updates for leadership as requested.
Sc
h- edule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, including virtual, phone, and on-site meetings.
Ma
i- ntain confidential candidate and clearance information in compliance with security and privacy regulations.
Su
p- port job fairs and recruiting events by preparing materials, managing logistics, and assisting onsite (if required).

s- ist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, and supplies ordering for the TA team.

n- tribute to team process improvements and recruiting operations initiatives.

n- age and support internal recruiting programs and initiatives, including employee redeployment, referral programs, candidate engagement, and other talent acquisition projects.

- h school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

r- ong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
