Working Hours: Mon-Sun, 6am-6pm, 2-3 days off.

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish/English) Warehouse Lead to join our team and drive excellence in warehouse operations. This energetic leader will oversee daily distribution center activities, ensuring smooth processes, safety compliance, and efficient inventory management. Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive team environment and ensuring high productivity
- Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) like AS400 or similar platforms
- Implement process improvements aligned with lean management principles to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and promote a safe working environment for all team members
- Coordinate with logistics partners, including 3PL providers, to optimize distribution center operations and meet delivery deadlines
- Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts to maintain precise stock levels
- Manage shipping & receiving processes, ensuring timely dispatches and arrivals while adhering to quality standards
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within distribution centers or logistics environments
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective team communication and coordination
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems (such as AS400), and materials handling equipment operation (including forklifts)
- Familiarity with 3PL logistics providers, e-commerce fulfillment processes, and heavy lifting techniques
- Mechanical knowledge related to material handling equipment maintenance is a plus
- Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and resolve conflicts promptly
- Experience with lean management practices aimed at process improvement within warehouse settings
- Ability to operate warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and MS Office applications proficiently
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations to ensure safety compliance across all activities
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly as part of daily responsibilities
