I am seeking reliable and compassionate ABA Certified RBT/BCBA (ONLY) to support to my bright, very social, verbal and outgoing daughter ( 23 yrs old) with developmental delays, (she talks and walks).
She thrives best with individuals who are calm, kind, and understand the value of building trust, encourage independence assumes competence while having fun times.
My daughter, is very friendly, enjoys connecting with others, and loves getting out into the community. She like hiking, beach walks, Balboa Park, museums, coffee or lunch outings, local events, shopping.
Responsibilities:
- Daily routines, including creating visual schedules with choices.
- Support building social and self advocay skills
- Transportation support to social recreational outings.
- Promote Independence at home and community
- Support during safety and self care
- Have fun when learning.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or similar conditions is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education practices is advantageous
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support clinet well-being and independence
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate about helping others reach their full potential.
- Minimum 4 years College Degree required; additional certifications in behavioral health or related fields are a plus.

Mondays: 8.30 am and 1.30 pm
Wednesdays : 8.30 am - 1.30 pm
more hours can be avalaibale if interested.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
