Provide and oversee direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Complete assessments and monitor resident conditions
Develop and update care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
Respond to changes in condition and emergency situations appropriately
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of care
Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
In good standing with the Wisconsin Board of Nursing
Ability to travel
Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
