As the organization continues to grow, we are looking for a top-tier Sales Director to join the team and play a key role in driving occupancy, admissions, referrals, revenue, and overall market growth.

We are looking for a proven sales professional who can:
Drive occupancy and move-ins
Build and strengthen referral relationships
Develop and manage a high-performing sales pipeline
Increase admissions and revenue
Build strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners
Create a culture of accountability and measurable sales performance
Help position the community as a premier senior living destination
