Therapy Essentials Inc. currently has an opening for a caring and energetic individual who desires to make a difference in the lives of children, in Kissimmee Fl. for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will work with children to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping students improve their communication skills, thereby enhancing their overall educational experience. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities in pediatric patients. (SLP)
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
- Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions to improve communication skills. (SLP/SLP-A)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support the child's development. (SLP/SLP-A)
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. (SLP/SLP-A)
- Provide guidance and support to families regarding speech and language development.
- Participate in early intervention programs for children with communication delays. (SLP/SLP-A)
- Stay updated on best practices in speech therapy, anatomy knowledge, medical terminology, and physiology knowledge. (SLP/SLP-A)

Pay: $27.00 - $50.00 per hour
