<Responsibilities>
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment strategies.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records and safeguarding patient confidentiality.
- Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to support comprehensive care.
<Qualifications>
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management.
- Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, teams, and other healthcare providers.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times. Pay: $71,975.75 - $86,680.48 per year
