Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes. The CNA will support clients with maintaining their comfort, safety, dignity, and independence while providing respectful and reliable care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when appropriate.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client.
- Follow the client's individualized care plan and assigned instructions.
- Communicate professionally with clients, family members, supervisors, and care team members.
- Document services provided and report any concerns or incidents promptly.
- Respect client privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and personal preferences.
- Follow all applicable company policies, safety procedures, and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to individuals with varying needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently in a client's home.
- Ability to safely assist with mobility and physical care tasks.
- Must be able to pass required background checks and meet applicable employment requirements.
