Oversee day-to-day field operations across NYC and Long Island projects

Manage retail buildouts, tenant fit-outs, and commercial interior projects

Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and jobsite logistics

Drive schedules and ensure projects stay on track and within budget

Maintain compliance with NYC DOB, OSHA, and safety requirements

Lead daily logs, jobsite meetings, and progress reporting

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Maintain quality control on finishes and retail buildouts

Manage inspections, punchlists, and project closeout
