Southern Pool Designs, a nationally recognized Top 50 Pool Builder, is looking for a driven Project Manager to lead luxury custom pool projects across Central Florida.
This is not a desk job. You will own your projects from excavation through final completion, keep subcontractors moving, protect quality and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll own
- Jobsite quality, scheduling and subcontractor accountability
- Frequent site visits and fast resolution of field issues
- Proactive, professional customer communication
- Weekly updates, photos, notes and accurate CRM/JobTread records
- Inspections, material coordination, change orders and closeout
- Keeping every project organized, moving and profitable
What we expect
- Strong construction management experience; pool experience preferred
- Excellent organization, urgency and follow-through
- Confidence managing trades and high-expectation homeowners
- Complete CRM compliance. If it is not documented, it did not happen
- Ownership mentality with no excuses and no waiting to be reminded
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Central Florida
SPD is a fast-moving, ambitious team building some of Florida’s most exciting outdoor spaces. You will have support and opportunity, but you will also be held to a high standard.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
