Join a compassionate senior care team dedicated to providing exceptional care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. We're seeking experienced Registered Nurses to step into ADON and DON leadership roles at a 101-bed rehabilitation and health care center.
Salaried Role - $100,000+
Hours: Monday - Friday | will need some flexibility, will have staggered start time frames to have longer supervisory coverage
**weekends, and call coverage will be handled based on an internal rotation
**schedules will typically be outlined at least 1 month in advance
What You'll Need:
- Active Illinois RN license (or willingness to obtain before start), temporary IL license may be considered
- BLS certification
- DON: 2 years of Director of Nursing experience, preferably in LTC, SNF, or Assisted Living
