Luxury Leasing Consultant

Starting Salary: $45,000+ annually, plus commissions
We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Luxury Leasing Consultant to join one of Columbus' premier residential communities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping prospective residents find their next home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities.
- Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
- Process applications, lease agreements, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate leasing and resident records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Partner with the management team to achieve occupancy goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of multifamily leasing experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is preferred.
