What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners throughout Rochester and surrounding areas
- Build relationships and educate homeowners on roofing and exterior restoration services
- Generate your own opportunities and guide customers through the sales process
- Perform basic property inspections using company-provided equipment
- Work toward closing 3–6 self-generated deals per week
- Deliver outstanding customer service while helping homeowners protect their investment
- Travel to storm-affected markets when opportunities arise, with travel expenses covered
Schedule
- Full-time
- Typical hours: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekend availability preferred
What We're Looking For
- Motivated, self-driven individuals with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors and meeting with homeowners
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel for paid storm opportunities is a plus
- Desire to learn, grow, and earn based on performance
