VPG is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Production Team. Team members play an important role in manufacturing and packaging products while maintaining the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.
This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, work well with others, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The work can be physically demanding and involves handling chemicals, operating equipment, and working in varying temperatures throughout the year.
What We Do

Operate production, packaging, labeling, and processing equipment

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

Handle chemicals and raw materials safely

Monitor product quality and report issues immediately

Maintain production records and documentation

Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready

Assist teammates and support overall production goals

Identify problems and communicate concerns proactively

Work Environment

Manufacturing facility with exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and chemicals

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required

Forklift experience is a plus

Ability to safely perform physical job duties
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-3 years’ experience in the field or a related area
Pay: $16.00 Hourly
Schedule: 5:51am – 4:21pm - Full-Time | Overtime as needed
