Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server to provide outstanding service to our guests. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in guiding our guests through the menu, recommending food and beverage pairings, and ensuring every detail of their visit is memorable.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including seasonal dishes, cocktails, and wine.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of all items to guests.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
Collaborate with teammates, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant (Italian cuisine and wine knowledge a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
A team player with a positive attitude.
Must have or be able to obtain food handler and alcohol server certifications
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
