American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position requiring at least 1 year of ICU experience, with night shifts and a 100-mile radius requirement.

ICU setting within an acute care hospital environment
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:30–07:00)
-
36 hours per week work commitment
-
4 weekend shifts required per schedule period
-
No on-call responsibilities
-
Floating to PCU and possible Med/Surg as needed
-
Active TN or Compact RN license required at time of consideration

Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
-
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required

Two supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

General orientation begins on Sundays with online computer-based learning (CBLs)

Travel RNs are expected to actively support nursing student clinical education alongside their regular patient care responsibilities
