Position Summary:
Necco has an opportunity for a career as Wraparound Director. This position provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for Necco's Wraparound program, with responsibility for program growth, financial performance, service quality, fidelity, staff development, and community partnerships. The Wraparound Director is responsible for ensuring services are delivered consistently with the Wraparound model, contractual and regulatory requirements, and Necco's standards for quality and performance.

Candidates selected for this position will be responsible for:
Drive Program & Financial Stewardship
- Lead the continued development, growth, and sustainability of the Wraparound program
- Partner with the State Director to identify opportunities to expand services, strengthen referral relationships, and respond to community needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, payers, and other key stakeholders
- Monitor program census, referrals, service utilization, capacity, and other indicators impacting program growth
- Oversee Wraparound program budgets and monitor financial performance against established expectations
- Monitor service delivery and productivity to ensure appropriate utilization of available program resources
- Partner with the State Director and Finance Department to address billing processes, service authorization concerns, documentation barriers, collection rates, and other factors impacting program revenue
- Review program trends and data to identify operational or financial concerns and develop appropriate corrective strategies
- Develop community partnerships and resources that support the needs of children, families, and Wraparound teams
Quality, Performance & Risk Management
- Maintain overall responsibility for ensuring Wraparound services are delivered in accordance with established program phases, principles, and fidelity requirements
- Monitor program fidelity and implement strategies to address identified areas of improvement
- Ensure documentation meets Necco, payer, contractual, regulatory, and Wraparound model expectations
- Monitor documentation timeliness and accuracy and ensure identified deficiencies are addressed
- Oversee program contracts, invoicing requirements, authorizations, and other administrative requirements associated with service delivery
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with applicable state agencies, managed care organizations, referral partners, and other external stakeholders regarding program and case-related concerns
- Monitor program outcomes, including family team progress, Plans of Care, CANS assessments, service utilization, and other identified performance indicators.
- Use program data and outcomes to identify trends, establish priorities, and develop improvement initiatives
- Participate in internal and external audits, fidelity reviews, quality reviews, and other monitoring activities
- Develop and oversee corrective action plans when quality, compliance, documentation, or performance concerns are identified
- Ensure critical incidents, safety concerns, and other reportable events are escalated promptly and appropriately in accordance with Necco policy and applicable requirements
- Ensure ethical, legal, contractual, and mandated reporting responsibilities are consistently followed
- Identify and escalate program-level risks that may impact safety, service quality, financial performance, compliance, or organizational reputation
- Establish appropriate expectations for immediate intervention when concerns arise regarding the safety, permanency, or well-being of children and families
Leadership & Staff Development
- Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and accountability to Wraparound program staff
- Ensure the ten Wraparound principles are understood, implemented, and consistently demonstrated throughout service delivery
- Establish clear performance expectations for Wraparound Facilitators and other assigned program staff
- Monitor staff productivity, caseloads, service delivery, documentation, and other performance expectations
- Review program and employee performance data regularly and address performance concerns proactively
- Ensure facilitator documentation is accurate and completed within required timeframes, including the established two-day documentation expectation
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development to strengthen staff effectiveness and adherence to the Wraparound model
- Ensure new employees receive appropriate onboarding and training related to documentation, service types, Necco programs, service delivery expectations, community partnerships, and their specific job responsibilities
- Participate in family team meetings as appropriate for coaching, mentoring, problem-solving, quality oversight, or support of the facilitator and family team
- Create an environment where employees understand expectations, receive meaningful feedback, and are held accountable for program and individual performance
- Identify training or development needs across the team and coordinate resources to address identified gaps
- Support employee engagement, retention, and succession planning within the program
- Attend and actively participate in leadership meetings, team meetings, and other organizational initiatives
- Use data to develop and lead initiatives aligned with Necco's Balanced Scorecard and organizational priorities
Community & Stakeholder Partnerships
- Serve as a key representative of Necco's Wraparound program within the community
- Maintain productive relationships with referral agencies, community providers, schools, state agencies, managed care organizations, and other stakeholders
- Promote effective communication between Necco, families, community partners, and referral sources
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the network of community supports and resources available to children and families
- Respond to stakeholder concerns professionally and work collaboratively to resolve barriers impacting service delivery
- Communicate emerging community, referral, payer, or service trends to State leadership and recommend strategies to respond

Position Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Master’s Degree, in a human services related field, professional license preferred
- Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working with children and/or families experiencing emotional or behavioral health needs
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or program management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Wraparound principles, systems of care, behavioral health services, or family-driven care preferred
- Valid driver’s license

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
- Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)
