Job Overview
Chinland Logistics LLC is hiring experienced 26’ Box Truck driver with appliance installation experience for final-mile appliance delivery and installation routes.
PAY STRUCTURE
- $170 day base pay
- + tips from customers
DAMAGE POLICY
We operate a zero-damage standard.
- Preventable damages will be on you to pay for deduction depending on severity
- Repeated negligence: removal from routes
- Safety and care are required at all times
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)
- Valid driver’s license
- Active DOT medical card
- Experience driving 16–26 ft box trucks
- Appliance delivery & installation experience
- Dock loading/unloading experience
- Ability to safely lift heavy appliances (team lift)
- Smartphone for delivery apps
- Professional customer service skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely operate box truck on daily routes
- Deliver and install appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc.)
- Load/unload at warehouse docks
- Protect customer homes and property during delivery
- Follow proper handling procedures to prevent damage
- Complete delivery documentation with photos
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver with a strong focus on appliance installation or field service work
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in appliance assembly
- Customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities
- Experience working with box trucks or similar delivery vehicles in a professional setting
