In this energetic role, you will oversee and coordinate outdoor cleaning projects, including residential and commercial pressure washing, as well as festive holiday light installations. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians during pressure washing and Christmas light installation projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, hand tools, and industrial cleaning devices with precision.
- Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and safety barriers while adhering to all safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of equipment, duct cleaning components, and outdoor furniture to facilitate efficient project completion.
- Apply proper cleaning techniques using pressure washing equipment for surfaces like siding, decks, driveways, and commercial buildings.
- Install holiday lights with attention to detail, ensuring secure mounting on various surfaces while managing electrical connections safely.
- Conduct safety checks regularly, including fire extinguisher use and adherence to safety procedures during all activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating project progress clearly and addressing client questions professionally.
Experience
- Proven outdoor work experience with skills in pressure washing, industrial cleaning, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to operate ladders safely and effectively in various outdoor environments.
- Familiarity with hand tools, cleaning equipment, and safety gear used in commercial cleaning projects.
- Experience in heavy lifting tasks and manual handling of equipment or materials outdoors.
- Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE usage, fire extinguisher operation, and safe ladder use.
- Prior leadership experience leading small teams or crews in outdoor or industrial settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout projects.
