Sales Support Analyst

Location: Michigan (Local travel required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40–45 hours/week)
Position Overview
The Professional Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Analyst to support our Sales Administration and Operations teams. This role serves as the primary internal resource for our Aspire ERP system, providing technical support, user training, troubleshooting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, training others, and helping teams maximize technology to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal support resource for Aspire ERP.
- Provide hands-on training and troubleshooting for field teams, managers, and office staff.
- Travel to branch locations and job sites to deliver onsite system support and training.
- Submit and track Aspire support tickets and coordinate issue resolution.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Support sales administration activities, including customer and job setup.
- Maintain accurate system data and assist with process improvements.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to improve workflows and system utilization.
- Assist with special projects and provide backup support for the Sales Administration team.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP systems (Aspire preferred) or similar business software.
- Ability to train and support users with varying technical experience.
- Willingness to travel locally (approximately 40–60%) to support field operations.
- Experience in service, facility management, landscaping, janitorial, or related industries is a plus.
