Warehouse Receiving Clerk
Job Summary
McCourt Equipment is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving inbound shipments, verifying inventory, organizing warehouse stock, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Receive & Process Incoming Shipments
- Unload incoming deliveries safely and efficiently
- Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and shortages
- Verify packing slips and update inventory records
- Label and organize incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Report discrepancies or damaged items to management
Inventory & Warehouse Organization
- Stock shelves and maintain proper inventory levels
- Rotate inventory as needed and assist with cycle counts
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
- Identify low-stock or out-of-stock items
Shipping & Warehouse Support
- Assist with pulling and preparing outbound orders when needed
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift
- Prepare shipping paperwork and labels as assigned
- Support warehouse improvement and inventory initiatives
General Warehouse Duties
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
- Forklift Experience Preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
