We are seeking an Estimator to develop accurate, competitive bids for commercial process piping and plumbing projects in Tucson.
Responsibilities
- Takeoff/Estimate: Perform accurate piping material and labor takeoffs from blueprints to prepare and submit detailed proposals.
- Proposal development: Using company templates, write accurate, professional bid proposals capturing scope and clarifications per the project SOW and specifications.
- Design-Build: Collaborate with PM, Superintendent, and clients to define scope and requirements from concept to completion.
- Software: Manage documents and bids using Bluebeam and Excel.
- Experience: Proven track record estimating commercial/industrial piping projects.
- Knowledge: Understanding of piping and specifically design-build processes, construction costs, and project management is important.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Bluebeam Revu and Excel
- Bonus: Prior project experience at Raytheon and/or Davis-Monthan Air Force Base is a strong plus.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
