We are actively hiring a Business Customer Representative to support a growing telecommunications campaign focused on helping business customers improve connectivity, communication, and account solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage directly with business customers regarding telecommunications, wireless, broadband, internet, and connectivity services
- Explain pricing, service plans, promotions, account features, eligibility, and upgrades clearly and professionally
- Support business customer enrollments, account setup, service activations, account updates, and account management
- Recommend solutions based on business usage, communication needs, and operational priorities
- Maintain accurate customer records, account activity, and interaction tracking
- Contribute to business customer acquisition, customer engagement, sales goals, and account growth initiatives
- Stay informed on telecommunications products, wireless services, internet offerings, and account solutions
This is a full-time, in-person customer sales opportunity where you will work directly with business customers to introduce telecommunications services, explain account options, discuss service solutions, and support customer growth through strong relationship-building and professional communication.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
