Summary
The Line Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all production line documentation, food
safety requirements, and product specifications are accurately followed and maintained.
This role supports efficient line operations by managing materials, monitoring equipment
performance, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Accurately complete and maintain all required production and food safety
documentation in real time, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Verify that all product specifications are followed throughout the production run,
including weights, codes, packaging, and labeling.
- Consume and track packaging, ingredients, and raw materials used on the line,
ensuring proper usage and traceability.
- Monitor line equipment performance and assist with basic troubleshooting and
adjustments to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Report equipment malfunctions, material issues, or deviations from product
specifications to the Team Lead promptly.
- Support the Team Lead and operators in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized
work environment in accordance with GMP and food safety protocols.
- Participate in daily start-up and end-of-shift activities, including line checks,
material staging, and documentation review.
- Assist with changeovers and line setups, ensuring materials and documentation are
prepared and accurate.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed and as requested by leadership.

Duties
- Operate and monitor manufacturing lines to meet production targets efficiently and safely
- Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality control
- Conduct manual handling, heavy lifting, and mechanical assembly tasks following safety standards in production
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment to assemble components accurately
- Follow detailed production documents, work instructions, and process guidelines to maintain consistency
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing standards
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
