About the Role
As a Quality Inspection Technician, you’ll play a key part in making sure our castings meet the high standards required for aerospace and industrial applications. You’ll use precision measuring tools, follow inspection steps, and help decide whether parts are ready for the next stage of production.
If you enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and being the person who ensures things are done right, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Make sure castings are clean and ready for inspection
Verify paperwork and match it to each casting
Use precision tools — micrometers, calipers, indicators, and more
Follow a clear inspection order to check all required dimensions
Mark castings and complete inspection tags and documentation
Communicate results clearly to production and engineering teams
Follow all safety rules and operate tools responsibly
Support additional tasks as needed to keep production moving
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Strong understanding of inspection principles
Confidence using precision measuring tools
Solid blueprint reading and math skills
Ability to work closely with engineering and management
Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime when needed
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior inspection experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to read reports and use a computer
Clear communication with coworkers
Ability to stand, move between departments, and operate basic office equipment
Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, and pushing
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Comfortable working around noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature changes
